Wie bei jedem anderen Brand kann auch ein Grappa nur dann gut sein, wenn der Rohstoff von guter Qualit\u00e4t ist. Die Heimat der <strong>Gebr\u00fcder Berta<\/strong> hat in dem Punkt viel zu geben. Der frische, saftige Trester wird von den namhaftesten Winzern des Landes bezogen, diskontinuierlich destilliert und dann in Stahl oder in kleinen, mittelstark ger\u00f6steten Barriques ausgebaut. Stilistik des Hauses: besonders fruchtig!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eine Reise von Sizilien in die Region Monferrato<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Oltre Il DiLidia Grappa <\/strong>ist ein gelagerter Grappa aus einer sorgf\u00e4ltigen Cuv\u00e9e verschiedener Grappas, die mit der traditionellen diskontinuierlichen Dampfmethode destilliert und in Marsala-F\u00e4ssern gekonnt gereift werden.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Tradition, die erneuert wird: Die ersten F\u00e4sser, die f\u00fcr die Reifung unserer Destillate verwendet wurden, waren diejenigen, die in den 1950er und 1960er Jahren in den Weing\u00fctern von Canelli aus Sizilien zur Herstellung von Egg Marsala ankamen.
